What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.

What happens if I’m running late?

We understand life happens and you may run late from time to time. Please let me know as soon as you know you’re going to be late, I will do my best to adjust your appointment. If you are more than 15 min late we may not have time to complete the entire service and may have to reschedule. If I do not hear from you after 15 min your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule or adjust your appointment by clicking the link sent in your email and text. Appointments are only allowed to be rescheduled 24 hours before your appointment. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, please reach out to your stylist directly.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your original appointment time. If your appointment is canceled after 24 hours you are subject to a 50% service fee.

Can I bring my friends?

We ask that you please don’t bring anyone with you to your appointment that isn’t receiving a service. Our space is very small and has limited seating available.

Can I bring my kid?

We love kids! But we want you to enjoy your self care session, unless your child is receiving a service we ask that you leave them at home.

Where can I park?

We have ample parking! You can park in front of the studio on commerce or there is a gravel lot behind the building.

What products do you carry?

We carry Hairstory, Lealuo, Innersense, and other various favorites. There are a few items available for purchase in the salon but most of our clients shop through our affliate links. Your product will be shipped directly to your house and you can browse the entire lines.
